Calcium fertilizers. Are they worth trying?

It is estimated that in Poland around 60-70% of farmlands are either acidic or very acidic. Acidic pH of soil prevents effective cultivation through limiting component retrieving by plants. By using calcium fertilizers you can improve the pH of soil fast and effectively as well as maintain it on the correct level. That affects the improvement of harvesting so it increases yield. The correct reaction of soil is a necessary condition to retrieving alimentary components by plants.
