In fulfillment of our duty to provide information under the RODO Regulation, we would like to ask all our customers and clients to familiarise themselves with how we protect the personal data we collect which is necessary for the proper performance of our business services.

 

I Information on personal data processing

(2) Personal data are processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper performance of services arising from our activities, including the performance of activities arising from generally applicable laws, including the issuance and storage of invoices and accounting documents, responding to complaints within the time and form prescribed by law.

(3) Personal data are processed for the period necessary for the proper implementation of the above contracts and obligations, and after that period for the purposes and to the extent required by law or for the protection of possible claims.

(4) Your data in the form of images recorded by video cameras are stored for a maximum period of 30 days and then permanently deleted.

(5) The data subject shall have the right of access to the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing thereof, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing thereof.

(6) The data subject shall have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of generally applicable law.

(8) Providing personal data is voluntary but is a condition for the implementation and completion of certain legal actions.

9th Your data are adequately protected against unauthorized access, taking by unauthorized persons, destruction, loss, damage, or alteration, and against processing incompatible with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Your data is Article 23(1)(3) of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data [Journal of Laws 2016, item 922. as amended], hereinafter: Article 6(1)(b) r.o.d.o.and Article 6(1)(f) i.e.

 

III. Scope of data processing

1 In the course of the proper performance of services arising from our activities

  1. a) Full name.
  2. b) Residential address.
  3. c) Telephone number
  4. d) E-mail address
  5. e) Company details with NIP no. (if VAT invoice is issued to the company);
  6. f) Registration number of the Customer’s vehicle
  7. g) Identity document number.
  8. h) Date of birth, pesel
  9. i) Bank account number

 

  1. Transfer of personal data to other entities 1.

(1) Users’ data shall be forwarded to other entities if there is a need to do so under applicable laws; personal data may be forwarded only based on such laws.

 

(2) Personal data of Users shall not be transferred to a third country.

In connection with the use of this site, are collected “cookies” (“cookies”), consisting of text content that may contain personal data in the form of the IP address of your computer and a unique device identifier stored in the file. These files are not stored on the company’s servers and the data is read from them only during a visit to the website. Installation of “cookies” is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Website. The “cookies” contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization. The user can, at any time, change the settings of his/her browser so that cookies are either accepted or rejected or so that the user is notified that they are not being placed on his/her computer. Please note that in such situations it may not be possible to use all the functions of the website

The legal basis for the collection of data read from cookies is Article 6.1.f r.o.d.o., which allows the processing of personal data to achieve a legitimate purpose of the controller. Such purpose is the adjustment of the website to individual user settings and memorizing the data entered by the user related to the use of the website, as well as conducting statistical analyses concerning the users and visitors to the website for the needs of the website administrator.

The following types of cookies are used within the Website

  2. permanent – remain in the web browser of the device until deleted by the user or until the predetermined time specified in the parameters of the cookie file

(6) You can access your data in the form collected by analyzing the content of cookies, the content in which they are stored on your computer, which is then used by the website, and delete them at any time.

8th You have the right to delete them, object to their processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

9th The Administrator reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the service, which may be caused by the development of Internet technology or changes in the law on personal data protection. We will inform users about any changes visibly and understandably.

 

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called RODO).

 

Withdrawal of consent

Where personal data is processed based on consent, individuals have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. We inform individuals of this right at any time during the collection of consent and allow them to withdraw their consent as easily as it was given.
